You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and private keys.
You must securely back up your Secret Recovery Phrase. Losing this means losing access to your assets permanently.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials or private keys.
All transactions are recorded on public blockchain networks — BancWall is not responsible for delays, revisions, or failures in blockchain confirmations.
Transaction fees (e.g., gas or network fees) are determined by the blockchain network and must be paid by you.
You agree not to use the Service for:
Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful conduct;
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or reverse engineering the Service.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are owned or licensed by BancWall. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
